I actually agree with A.R.C, he was just another user in my opinion. he didnt do anything special for me
when i get perma'd for something stupid i did i'm gonna have to step up to what i did and just take it.

As much as I think he was unrightfully banned and would like him to come back, its not going to happen.
Badspot isn't one to care about this kind of stuff.

Actually, once SuperToxic made a similar topic.  It was something about how he wouldn't be online much anymore and baddy banned for rule 5.  Then after people were like "that wasn't really rule 5 :C" he shortened the ban to a month or something

Also: I don't really know the full story on what happened or know Niven very well.   So I don't know if he should be unbanned or not.
