God DAAMMNNITTTT, I put my drivers back to 8.7 and it still doesnt work. Looks like I won't be playing this game.

Of the game? Did they fix the ATI drivers problem? If you are talking about drivers, I already have newest drivers, installed yesterday. 10.6 or 10.7 i think
