An addon/GUI to tell how many addons are left to download

I don't want to wait forever to download addons.

I want to see how many left / an estimated time / a loading bar that instead of downloading per addon, shows for overall

No one because the files are downloaded from the server as soon as the client discovers that it doesn't have it.

So, why not make a mod where it compares the add-ons that each client has all at once, and tells the player how many, and which ones, he has to download?

Or you can just do what I do. The server checks for add-ons in reverse alphabetical order. So Weapon_Zapper would mean that it just started downloading add-ons while Bricks_Angles means it's almost done.
