Who needs more than 4 gigs? Windows can't even read more than 3.5 gigs.

That's the difference between 32 and 64 bit?
One of the noticeable ones is that it can handle tons more of memory.

Not sure if this is accurate but for Windows Xp the max amount of ram you can have at once which I'm sure is currently impossible is 128GB of ram.
