The fact that the button that says Forum links to RTB on blockland cloud proves that he's basing all of the code off of rtb and not his own work.

Plus, he's been banned many times in the past.

What code, would this be? Are you claiming the whole system is based off RTB code, just because there might have been an accidently misplaced link in the coding of it? He might have had the wrong link copied and pasted that in the code and didn't realize it till you pointed it out and accused him.
