Author Topic: Kingdom of Heaven (Save Posted!)  (Read 10480 times)

I have been working on this castle for about three months and have finally finished it.  The brick count is 47,642.  Feel free to rate and post any comments or suggestions for this castle or future builds.

Here is a large file with the save.  It includes things from other people so I'm going to list everything included in the file, as well as the authors of the specific parts so they get the credit they deserve.

2x Bricks           : Amade
Extra Ramps         : Tophius
Inverted Corners    : Space Guy
Inverted Ramps       : Space Guy
Pole Bricks       : Tophius
Round Corners       : General and Tophius
Book spine print    : Robin Hood
Map the island 2    : HPRC

Now here are some edits I made to blockland bricks to better serve my needs.

1x1fPrint, 1x2fPrint, 2x2fprint, these can now be build upon.

Brick Bottom Edge, the texture is now seamless so all the ceilings will match perfectly.

I think this is all you need but if not than close enough.  I hope the map works but if it doesn't you can try to install it how the old maps used to be installed.

I've set it up (hopefully) so you extract the file to your MAIN BLOCKLAND FOLDER and all the parts should put themselves in place.

Wow, no comment.  It's simply amazing. Three months? Osheese.

Holy mother of god.

I sit here not even know what to say...

Thanks guys, those posts mean a lot.  I was considering using this as a clan application but I'm not sure what clan is closest to me in building skill level.

Any clan but Niga.
I hope to see you around the forums Robin, keep building stuff like this and you'll get a lot of respect.

I posted a link to this topic in NWB. That is your building level.

Also, could you give us a save to look around through the interior? Or if you don't really want to make it public, shoot a quick video of a quick walk through?

But in all seriousness, you have talent. That is amazing.

I thought about posting the save, but I would have to release a big pack of the things I created/changed to make this build possible.  Plus, It's built on the old map "The Islands 2" and I don't know how many people still have that map and I don't have permission to release it.  If enough people want it, I will post the save but beware, unless you have an awesome computer, turn the graphics down low so it doesn't crash it.

Tis climaxically structured.

Do you know who created the map?

And also, the bricks that you changed, you could post them. They may even help other people with their builds. :/

I was checking through some files, and it said the author was "HPRC."

The name sounds really familiar.

Holy stuff. I'm pretty much speechless. Amazing build, great work on this.

to make it evan more epic you should randomly color some the walls, add little more detail. just 2 much of 1 color to me i guess. understand tho when its all one color 40k brick is lot of things to color.

i love your vials how they are everywhere. also love how you did the towers and stuff just simply amazing detail

i think ima make me castle now, do some changes to mine that you didn't like make wooden beams visible and such.
