I forget who it was.

They made it with LUA, which I'm pretty sure can be transferred to DS.
It wasn't the best as it was in it's early stages.
Also, you need to have CFW on PSP, and because of this, you'd need to have a storage device (aka R4, M3, etc.) for DS.

If it where on the ds it would be the 3ds it has a slide pad witch makes it easier to move around and would make the d-pad an addition for actions.
