Hide the Xbox when he isn't home and tell him the tooth fairy took it.
I doubt that he will believe in that.

I bought the Beatles Rockband on the same day as your brother :P

Actually, it doesn't matter.  It would probably break anyway.  Leaving an xbox on for however long doesn't actually break it.  Just ask the last guys on Halo 2.

1:disconnect power cable
2:hide the cable
3:brother wants to play
4:???
5:profit!

Do the jacob Get off the 360 trick. Simply buy a broken xbox then hide the one you play. When he asks for where it is just show him then smash the broken xbox on the floor. That or buy another 360.

Just buy a new 360 and give him the old one. Maybe explain to your mom that now that you both have one that it is completely fair and that if he breaks the one you gave him then it's his problem, not yours.

I'm sure thats financially unacceptable.

Meh, I just bought the Xbox 360 Slim and gave my sister my Elite. I didn't even have that Elite for a year.

Just kick the little prickle in the nuts, say "You break this, Mom's going to be very angry." And kick his little ass so hard he'll start crying, then bust a ps2 on his head and make sure he hits the floor bleeding. Mass Fun. . but also murder.

Buy a thing with a lock on it big enough for a pistol to fit into. Put the cables into the case and lock the case. Keep the keys with you at all times that way he'll have to beat you up for them. And also, tell him to go outside and play

You could attempt different ways too keep it cool.

Buy a broken xbox for 10 dollars and say it's his, and then go smash it.

Can't you put a password thing on it?
PS3 FTW :3
