I remember one room (im not quite sure if it was Japanese version or not) that everything was upside down and there was a little girl ghost. Also the twins were annoying. Not hard just annoying.

The girl is in all versions, you find the key in the secret room you find when falling through one of the chimneys. And yes, the twins were annoying.

Mine too. I'm going to get all boos. It was strange though, I checked every room, but I completed the game with 49/50 Boos. Strange.

Now I know why. It turns out the same for me every time. Know why?

Also, I just beat the game again. It's the second time I played through it and the first time I complete it without getting killed.

Its Sue Pea. She isn't really hard, all you had to do was spray her with water and catch her. Although, she will throw teddy bears at you.

Look around in the butlers room with the gameboy camera thing. There is a mouse hole if you hit a on it it will do something similar to the dog house where it puts in in a different room. That is where the boo you were missing probably is.

Why would you? Its not healthy for a little boy to be in the middle of an operation, while playing Luigi's Mansion, and getting scared when a ghost pops up in the back of you.
