I figured this related to gaming, the way I'll be using it.

1. How do you do it?
2. Does it require opening the actual PC case?
3. How can I figure out my current processor(?) rate?
4. What effects will it have on Blockland/Gmod/CS:S?

So, it isn't worth it?
If you're going from like 2.0Ghz to 3.0Ghz and it is stable (i.e. it doesn't crash everytime you open your web browser or the embedded calculator) it is worthwhile.

Overclocking can cause your CPU to overheat and create lots of errors. However your Operating System should be able to fix most of these errors. The extremity of your symptoms will obviously depend on how much you are overclocking it.

Also, my BIOS does not let me do that. D:

I would have to do the Bus and multiplier changing dealio.
