Bump

I'm thinking about a Dell and I really need something cheap that works well enough for Blockland, but better than my old one. Hopefully it should be able display more than 10,000 bricks without lagging, unlike my old computer. It should also be able to run Test Drive Unlimited.

I do not give a crap about building one.

I wouldn't buy from Dell if I were you I've had bad experiences with them.
Such as the cheap glue on the monitor melting and then having the monitor falling apart.

Pentium Dual Core 1.60 GHz (I may be wrong)

Ironically, the monitor I got with my last dell back in 2006 outlasted the PC itself.
I still use it up to this day.

I already have some monitors I bought with the computer and a TV, I only need a tower.

Any 64bit operating system (save for XP 64bit; that stuff has next to no driver compatibility) is a good investment and I find it shocking that anyone would still be using a 32bit OS in a new computer. There are no reasons not to.
