So here's my handicapped problem: I forgot my password and secret question.

I forgot my password because I only had to use it once in four months.
I forgot my secret question because I had it set to something really complicated and I never used it.

I want to be able to log in on another computer, and I need one or the other to do this.

The only thing different from all of the other similar help topics on the Steam Forums, is that I am still logged into Steam on this computer.

Help?

Why can't they make it so you only need your email to get a new password, like every other website?

In the customer support form

"Enter your CD Key or product code (if applicable). Attaching an image or scan of the CD Key is recommend for Account issues, and required for a CD Key Reset request."

And then it says provide proof of purchase.

What?! I lost the information to my account. I didn't purchase no account.
