Server spawn brick.

I had an idea for a great brick.
Server spawn brick, what it does is basicly when you spawn, you will spawn on that brick.
No more needing to constantly host a mini-game.
Only the host and SA's would be able to plant it.
But it wont interfere with mini-games.

Bump with add-on

I did a few minutes of testing with just me, but let me know if it works great in a public hosted server.
If it does, which it should, I may publicly release it in add-ons section/rtb

EDIT : I just realized this will overwrite anyone's personal spawn brick if they're not in a minigame, I'll have to fix that before a public release
Fixed. Now contains a Pref to change whether or not it overrides, off by default
