Restart your computer, login, the second you see a background do Ctrl+Alt+Del and open Task Manager. It will open it before the virus has time to, then you can end the process for it and use Malwarebytes Anti-maleware to remove it

It seems after reading the first page you got one of those handicapped "OGM UR COMP IS INFCTD LOL HRS A SACN DEN U RN DE CLER TINGY ADN DEN VIRIS GON LOLOLOLOL!111one1"
I fell for one of those before my laptop was wiped, and before I knew safety. I was using IE7, which was probably the problem. After I switched to google chrome I never got one of those again. It'd probably be the same with Mozilla. What browser were you using?
