Basicly, another form of wrench
Except when you hit a car, a menu pops up, like the normal wrench event menu, exept, it has the folowing items
Tires:(open able menu like the light menu) 1 2 3
Tire type: drift med grip
(when drift is selected it modifies it to drift like the drifting jeep)
Engine:1 2 3
Engine type: torque med horsepower
Transmission, transmission type, turbo, turbo type, and so on
Basicly, when items are selected, it modifies the vehicle script.
Could this be possible?
And the 1 2 3 is grade of item.
3 is the best and 1 is ok such as 1=street 2=pro 3=race
Like in the need for speed games.

It couldn't be that hard, all it would do is partially edit the script.
It would be evented so it takes like, 30 secs for your settings to work, or 6 hits from wrench to successfully make the changes,
it could be a job in the rp jobs, or just for car races, you would need an admin to grant you access to specific changes.

Whilst it's possible to change individual wheel's ability to steer and apply driving force, to do this you'd need to change the datablock of the jeep, which would affect every jeep in the server and changing datablocks on the fly tends to cause instability.

when the a jeep is created, the server name it jeep (1), jeep (2),and so on, so it creates a temporary file for each jeep, wich is then edited acordingly

Also make a handling setting. For example, if you are racing on a straight track, you want very slow turning. If you are in a cramped street setting with lots of sharp turns, you want lots of handling. If you are driving on a highway, you want a middle handling setting.
