We shouldn't need a system to earn respect. And with a system, it could be abused.

Why the heck are you joining such awful servers? If a server has a badmin, just leave. You can punish them by depriving them of players. If they are abusive, simply join another game.

I have mixed feelings about this...

Good members would have higher respect, and vice versa.

Maybe make it so it would take several votes to add one "respect point" or "karma" or whatever.

Or one + vote adds 5 points and one - point removes 1 point only
