It should go directly underneath the player heathbar.  So the player's heath is green, the vehicle's heath is blue. But should it be there for the whole crew, or just the pilot?

The whole crew,that way the pilot AND The gunners can parachute out of it just in  time.

I figured Iban would be the best person to do this, seeing as he made the player healthbar.
