Portal Glitch?

So, i was loving around with the cheats on Portal on the GLaDOS battle map. then why using noclip outside of the GLaDOS room, then i randomly died when i enterred the GLaDOS room again. i don't know what happened, it just did. did it happen cuz GLaDOS ran out of lines? or did my player die from hungar?

No they weren't on, but i typed a console code saying something to do with the Toxin.
