Desmume doesn't alow cheats, well it does, but its stupid. I dont know hao 2 use it.

What do you mean your dad said no? You asked him if you could use a well know program but you aren't going to ask if you can download a potentially dangerous program? Also, roms are illegal unless you rip them yourself. It is against the rules to talk about pirating.
