Cannot seem to locate other Gears of War 2 players online. Help?

Ive posted this on both xbox.com forum and gears of war forum, and nobody gives me an answer

I recently bought the All Fronts Collection and ready to play some Horde on all the map packs, I cannot seem to find anybody. I search through all playlists and still, I cannot find a single person So now I can only play Gears of War with bots and friends. If you search for players online, do you find anyone? If so, tell me so I know it's just something messing up my game.

It sounds like your region is set somewhere ridiculous, or it might be your router blocking connections. Open your NAT first of all and tell me if that works.

I have checked my NAT. It seems to be open as when I test my connection, it doesnt mention NAT at all.
I was able to search for games before this, surprisingly

I dont want to have to wait until a friend wants to play Gears, which is very rare. I doubt the servers would be down, too
