If you want to slow down a vehicle you could use the console, Or you could edit the vehicles script.

Editing some text in a notepad document isen't hard.
EDIT: Here, Here are the console commands for vehicles.

vehiclenamevehicle.forwardthr ust=99999; -makes a vehicle go fast forward
vehiclenamevehicle.backwardth rust= # ; (or reversethrust)
vehiclenamevehicle.yawforce= # ;
vehiclenamevehicle.rollforce= # ;
vehiclenamevehicle.pitchforce= # ; - all change flying vehicles forces.

Sometimes vehicles are still to fast, I'm guessing the guy who made this topic crashed the jeep into peoples houses to many times.

Vehicles are very hard to control
Especially crazy vehicles like jeep, they are insanely fast
and also big

its not possible to control them steady in a road

I've made that for a select few of vehicles, it is private but a few of my friends do have some of the vehicles.

The vehicles are very easy to control. You just have to get used to them. Load up the bedroom and drive the jeep around for 5 minutes. See how long you can go without stopping or hitting anything.

i was on a family rp and i got jailed twice for running over people (like 100 times they died) and i was in a jeep...

I've seen a whole bunch of RP's and this one is one of the worst.

People love to just run into your car.
