Hilton Head Island :D

Well, I'm on Hilton Head Island for the week, posting from my dad's laptop. For some reason, I decided not to even post on the forums until today. Anyways, my parents own a condo in the Shipyard area of the  island, and every year we usually take an 11 hour car trip from our little corner of Ohio to get down here. So far, we got a visit from my cousin, who lives just off the island at Beaufort, had ribs from the Steakhouse restaurant and went to the beach once.

which brings up something really crappy. the high tides are at like 8 AM, and I am NEVER up by then unless I have to do something that early.  I got to the beach on Tuesday because my brother and my dad were out golfing, and the waves were out so far because it was just about low tide, there was a completely uncovered sand bar in the middle of the beach. the waves were about as high as your old man's belt a grasshopper's knee. Which sucked.

We hope to do all the stuff we normally do, like Minigolf, take a bikeride to one of the best Icecream parlors on the island, and some other stuff I can't remember at the moment.

Well, Day 3 is comming to an end. I had some Icecream at the Coligny Plaza and nothing else really.
Only 3 more days of vacation left :c

Well, crap.
I's 11:36 PM local time (eastern), which means day 4 out of 6 is now over :c
I went to the beach again today. The waves were just lie two days ago, so I brought my bike. I pedaled from where I was to some other area of the beach wich was crowded, so I turned around.
I turned stright into a head wind, which made pedaling back a bitch. So yeah.

I got back to our condo and then went to get some ice cream because my brother and dad were golfing yet again. We got back, had some free time, then my brother and my dad came back, and we decided to minigolf at Pirate's Island. So we did.

I have two hours of vacation left.
this is one of the best places i have ever been, and i have to leave in 12 hours to go back to my little corner of ohio, jumping right back into a normal summer week.
I get back sunday night after a full day of being trapped in a car with my brother and my parents.
i'll have some time to myself once i get home because leaving at nine am tommorow will put us back around
8 pm. i'll stay up untill i see fit then head to bed.
i'll get up around 8 on monday, get  soem life cereal, settle down to watch some of my dvr'd stuff, then leave around 9 to get to guitar lessons. the i hang around at the mall for a while, then get home around 1 pm and wait around my house till i have to get ready for football practice, and then leave at quarter till 4.
the activity bus will stop at all the other schools in my district before stopping at the (future) elementary school  by the field, to let me of to get ready to die a little during the 3 and a half hours of gruling paractice.
practice ends at 8:30,and I get home at about 9:30 because of bussing and stuff. I'll sit at my computer for an hour or so untill I get tired, then go to bed. rinse and repeat.
two hours. that is all i have left.
