Author Topic: Steam Beta  (Read 1289 times)

I Like the update but since i got my self a tester i have to do updates for steam every time i open steam

I love how stable it is in-game now.

I hope we get some sort of "notes" feature.
Where you can basically open up a .txt in-game and read any notes on that game you'd like to record.
Could set that up on a webserver :D

Edit: Just installed the beta myself. I disagree with Spock, I think the tabs bar looks nice.

They're probably constantly tweaking it

how2get
Settings > participate in beta > restart steam

forget stability. We need it to be faster.
This. Steam still runs like a piece of stuff and sometimes freezes up even on my new PC.
It's not the hardware, it's the lazy coding put into it :(

well considering it didn't exist before, i GUESTGUESSED its an improvement.

also, who the forget cares about grammar and spelling, this is a realtime conversation on a forum.
if you cant overlook typos then you really arent internet savvy at all.

Steam closes when changing users on Vista for me. Other than that I have no problems with it.
How do you people manage to have so much problems with it? :o

Yea because they will totally make a good feature of chat Mac only. Good thinking spock.
