I invited several people on SKype to a private chat on skype, and I had said SMOKE WEED ERRY DAAY.

Did you change anything or install any mods? Backup your saves/mods and reinstall.

I've started with a completely clean install and the problem persists, I also tried using the mod streamline, which seemed to fix the problems except in combat, when I get like 5 fps.

I have to get that cured quickly :/

Doing a quest for the mages guild which requires me to get information from Skingrad but I need to do him  favor first, clear out vampires >.> (around 10 I think, I used a cure disease potion thinking it was almost over and got it again)

Cure disease potions still work while you have porphoric hemophilia, but once you get the vampire dream you need to do the quest.

If you have Fighter's Stronghold and want to make the Ogre Statue, what you do is find the Ogre Teeth in the Bruma Mage's Guild and steal it if your in the guild, and get it made.

 Ogres are horribly strong creatures that I hate facing, so I did that.

Yeah I hate that, but I have no problem with people just calling the game Oblivion or Morrowind, Skyrim, etc.

Well yes, I don't refer to Oblivion as "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion," that makes me sound like a bigger nerd than people know me to be.
Which is saying something.

I just hate how people are referring to Skyrim as "The new Oblivion game."
