i know and thars a flying cap (thats its name)but not just a cap or something like have to jet pack whit jets,wings and the fuel tanks and you see the jet fire come out

Try a jetpack playertype, which forces the player to use the jetpack accessory, removes any other backpack/rucsack type accessories and the jets come from the bottom of the jetpack, rather than the feet, though this is rather pointless as jetboots are a cooler idea than a jetpack.

Modify one of the planes, and find a low-poly jet pack model. It's quite simple, really I don't know stuff about coding or modeling, so don't go and ask me to do it for you...
