...Why would you want to turn off gore?

I believe it's in the options area under video.

Fly to Germany or Australia and play it there, they disabled gore for those versions.

Start up the game, then click options, then click the video tab, then click the "grow testicles" checkbox and restart it.

Look around options for something that says gore amount. It's normally defaulted to high because the game assumes, since it IS rated M for Mature (17 or older), that the user isn't too young to have parents that are bible thumpers and won't be pissy about it or that the user isn't 7.

Heres a hint of whats going on.

His parents wont let him buy it unless he can turn off the gore,
