Bisjac LLC the entity itself is a business.
then every person is a self employed person of thier own 1man business basically.
they each get invested in by the entity for starting money and equipment and distributor infos.
then after some sales, you "buy" more additional sales info from the entity company with 5% of what you earned previously. as much as you want at a time. (the info you buy is the wholesale details and/or templates for items)
the reason we require 18yo, is because you are a 1man company lol. you cant lie for yourself. you HAVE to have a state business tax ID in your name. or else the distributors refuse to work with you.
the reason we dont just show them all the wholesale catalogs or even tell you who the distributors are, is because then you could go off on your own and there wouldn't be a bisjac LLC. lol.
factory distributors are many times private and invite only. (for drop shipping)
i could sell an invite to people on the net at random, but it could even cost a million bucks. its that golden and important.
however that could mean a new competitor that could destroy that corner of our market for us.
