I don't fully understand how being deaf makes you unable to type proper English. I couldn't understand most of your post.

if your deaf you can't hear what your saying really, and if you use something else besides English, eg Sign Language, your English skills could be lowered because you don't use it much.

I have ADHD too, But ADHD is mental health, not disability. Anyway this very important about disability ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) law act link: http://www.ada.gov/ If anyone discrimination to disability. Then Disability person can sue you or anyone drag into court. I wonder If badspot read this, I hope badspot can add to that faq rules for blockland to support all disability community forum here. I would be appreciated that.

Just a heads up, I have banned people for dumbass internet lawyering like this.  You're not going to sue anyone so just shut up. 

At my first job, I worked the entire summer with someone who had been stone deaf for her entire life.  She wasn't the brightest bulb in the box but she had no grammatical problems.  If you're not just bullstuffting us entirely, then there is something else wrong with you besides deafness.
