Author Topic: Oversleeping Problem?  (Read 3887 times)

oh wow, thanks yuki.

i have the exact same problem. I'll try being healthy for a bit and see if it corrects itself.

Vitamin B is what gives you energy. So start taking vitamin b pills.

I never take medicine or vitamins. Even when I feel like I'm on my death bed. Mostly because that stuff messes up your immune system. Just eat healthy. Even if I don't. :P

Try eating plenty of unprocessed carbs, it sounds like you have a sluggish metabolism, you should also try to do excercise or something to stimulate yourself and kick-start metabolism when you wake up. Try Ephedrine pills from truck stops/whatever if you seriously need to be awake, I don't recommend it as a casual thing though.

Or just eat fruit and go outside.

These are all really good suggestions. I guess I'm just unhealthy. :P

Eat lots and lots of sugar to "stabilize" your metabolism.
Works for me.

i sleep until like 2 PM usually if i sleep at around 1-2 PM
so I get a good 12 hours most of the time

It could be stress, or something along those lines.

But whatever it is you should see a doctor if it keeps going on.

I slept almost 18 hours today. I really have no idea whats causing it. Sometimes I will be so wiped out when I wake up (around 12 PM) I will sleep four more ours.

Hibernation: you'll never be tired again.

Winters coming up soon

Food is energy, energy keeps you awake.

And here would be some joke about JD and crumpet having so much love during the night that JD's internal clock is messed up, but I really couldn't find a way to word it.
So that's why fat chicks are always so awake...

I'm pretty sure low blood pressure can make you extremely tired all the time. Or I might be thinking of something else.
