Haha well it hasn't been as bad recently but I don't think I made any big changes. Also, isn't that supposed to make you tired? :S

Get some vitamin peelz and exersize.Just walking everyday would help too.

Vitamin pills don't always contain very high quality sources and the production process and quality control is sketchy at best for many companies. You pretty much should avoid anything sold at Walmart or a similar place. Your body can't always absorb vitamin pills as efficiently as it could the same nutrient from a natural food.

Try doing any form of cardio exercise daily. As others have said some regular exercise keeps you energized and reduces your susceptibility to physical and mental fatigue. If you still feel constantly exhausted after eating a healthier diet and regular exercise you need to see a doctor.

Oh, lol. I don't eat that much.. But I don't exercise. That's a good idea.
But if you don't eat much, how can you make a smiley face with your tits and your belly? :(
