I believe someone is working on making most of that in Blockland; the Cybermen, Daleks, Tardis, Sonic Screwdriver, and Davros are currently in production but I can't remember where... I'd like to see the Toclafane and the Vashta Nerada though!

Just get a ordinary player shadow, and make it darker and script it to kill or injure anyone who steps inside of it.
