This game will literally make you stuff bricks about 70 times, basically you play as David Leatherhoff and you try to escape your wild trippy nightmare full of demons, zombies, faces, and traps. (Beware of the disappearing red dots).
Spoilers for anyone who doesn't know the game:
You are David Leatherhoff, you've been taking some drugs in the past years that have really made you lose it. After needing help he goes to Markland Hospital to get some help, while you were there you find the same pills sitting in the restroom. You take the pills. You unfortunetly start to hallucinate . You find your self in your own nightmare realm and you escape. After you wake up you find that the Hospital is completely empty, you go into one of the bathrooms and pick up a cold metal knife for defense, you go to the main power room. Lights OUT! I'll let you find out the rest...

Monsters:
Zombie: You average run of the mill creepy zombie, with a messed up spazzing head and super fast speed. Do tons of damage, and hard to kill. That's why there are no mobs of zombies.
Demon Dog: This dog is really creepy, black body, white face, and it shoots out a powerful shockwave. Easy to kill, usually one shotgun shot to the head works.
Demons: These buggers float up in the air and are hard to shoot at, they shoot electric beams. A shotgun is recommended to kill these things. They are usually identified as floating heads.
?????: This is a failed attempt at making a zombie, the model got messed up, but he thought it was scary enough to make it. Slow, easy to kill. But if they hit you once they drain your health critically.
Whities (aka shirtless zombies): Only found in the forest. Scary, they come out of nowhere. Same damage, same speed, same health.
Wheelchairs: They are creepy as hell, easy to kill, little to no damage, and easy to dodge. It's mainly used to scare you.
Faces: Invisible, hard to kill, tons of damage, hardest monster in the game (that and Zombie Leatherhoff). Just avoid them when the shoot at you, and you should be fine. Kill them if you remember where they were.
(SPOILER) Zombie Leatherhoff: The final boss to get to ending number 4. You can't kill the first 2, but once you get the harpoon you can kill him, because if you shoot or stab or chop or etc. at him, you will take the damage taken like him. (Mirror Damage :S)
