UV/Blacklight Tattoos

UV Tattoos are basically tattoos that glow under UV light. (a blacklight) Now, I know that probably the last place I should ask these questions would be here, but I figured it was worth a shot. I need a couple answers, please. :3 (and yes, I already tried google.)
-Where can I get a UV tattoo?
-How does a UV tattoo work? (what is in the tattoo, and can it cause me any harm?)
-Does anyone here, or anyone you know, have a UV tattoo?

I have never heard of a UV tattoo before, they do sound cool though. Also since the ink is approved for use I doubt it has any really bad effects. I would imagine that going to a tattoo shop and asking around there would be your best bet

I don't know how it is where you live but you can get tattoos at 16 in pa, unless your parents don't approve.

Speaking of which, I am hopefully going to find out how much a medical alert tatoo for diabetes will cost me around the beginning of september

I believe in New Jersey it's the same. Parental approval is needed at age of 16. But my mother would never let me.
