Over on the PC and Xbox front we've had it for about a few months. PS3 is always so late to the party.

If it doesn't come with mass effect 1, then how will you import save with different choices than the default. That's boring.

Bioware made Mass Effect. Bioware is owned by Electronic Arts. Microsoft does not own Electronic Arts, therefor it does not own Bioware or the rights to Mass Effect. AKA EA can port it to whatever stupid console it wants to.
