Bioware made Mass Effect. Bioware is owned by Electronic Arts. Microsoft does not own Electronic Arts, therefor it does not own Bioware or the rights to Mass Effect. AKA EA can port it to whatever stupid console it wants to.

Also lol it'd be funny if they ported Mass Effect 1 to the PS3 after Microsoft said "MASS EFFECT 1 IS TRUE EXLUSIVETRON."
