Default ZAPT, everyone uses it anyways hue

On a more logical note, default Iban's Health Bar mod, I find it very useful c:

I hate zap, the normal zombie mod is better because the tanks actualy look like tanks they arent just big zombies...

and because its really good!

Nothing. I like Blockland how it is C:

1RandomBrickPack should be default.

Here is what I think.
No add-ons should be put into default anymore.
Why? Because YOU CAN ALREADY DOWNLOAD THEM. What's the point of making them default?
And also, a lot of people miss this point. EVERY single add-on that is default represents a "basic" script and how it should work. A lot of people start learning how to script by looking at scripts like the jeep. You can also use that script and edit it to make more vehicles. He added the basic bricks to show how you can make your own. He added special bricks to show how to make your own special bricks. He added ramps to show us how to make ramp bricks. He gave us jeep to show us how to make a ground vehicle. A magic carpet and flying jeep to show us how to make flying vehicles. A horse to show us player vehicles. Rocket Launcher, Gun, and ETC all show this as well.

tl;dr
To make more add-ons defaults is stupid. Don't suggest them.

A zombie mod will never be defaulted unless Badspot made it himself.
Simply because every zombie mod has his own flaws and are not always wanted.

But i agree with the health bar, i wonder why there isn't any by default?

Seems this was the best v17 thread I could find... Well, it will do if Badspot reads this.

I have a couple of bugs I want to share, or just stuff that I think could be made better.

The first bug that I stumbled upon might be an old one. It is in the GuiWindowCtrl, where when you choose the window bitmap, it takes the window button and place them at the right top. The problem here is that if for instance the quit button is in a nonsquare shape, then the clickbox would be reversed. This means that the coordinates is switched. X is Y and Y is X.
Example: First using a bitmap with non-square quit button and then press on it while move the mouse down or right. You'll see when the size of the clickbox.
This is annoying that you normally cannot click below it, neither can you click on the large side of the button.

Next bug is in the GUI Editor(Maybe in the Mission editor as well) where there will be errors in the console whenever you reload all GuiControls in the list.

I think this is due that you have to replace <=(Less equal than) to <(Less than) on respective places. This means where GuiGroup is looped. There might be more places where this happens in the GUI Editor.

Last bug I've found is an urgent one, because it will halt your Blockland. I know that there's few that would even think of doing this, but I tested it once, for stuffs and giggles. If the add-on zip is passworded, it will halt Blockland and you have to restart it. I only tested this on the RTB Mod Manager, and it did that just when you opened the window. Never tested to start a server with such an add-on enabled.

I think these bugs are old ones, but it's worth thinking on it.

And then a suggestion. I can understand why Badspot have blocked fileCopy to copy a file from an add-ons folder. Still we can get around that with FileObject. Although, that is not possible with binary files. Of course there would be a security risk if you can copy around binary files that could screw up your Blockland, but I require such a feature(copying binary files from the add-on folder. Not screw up Blockland!) for my next add-on to work properly. At least Badspot could make it possible to copy only .cs, .gui, .txt and .png files so there wouldn't be any special security risk.

This is my thoughts, and I might have more later.

...You haven't really used the new version of ZAPT, have you good sir?

Thats right. So go download it. I myself wanted nothing to do with it at first because of the creator. Then I realized just how loving awesome it was, sucked it up, and used it.

Zombie's (Not ZaPT it Messes up TDM)
Rotondo's version breaks TDM (and every other mini-game) for anybody who doesn't have it since you can't enable "friendly fire" between human players. I enable Iban's ZAPT and TDM on my server nearly all the time and I've had no problems.

Make the loading pictures real time
So if people are building in the bedroom you can see them
You know that lag you get every 10 minutes?
That is the picture.
Imagine it real time.
Constant lag.


I think Stunt Plane should be defaulted. It's not fancy it's plain and it's a very decent very well made Add-On
