Launchers and Saws are the best, in the end that is. I had combos going so fast my guns can't shoot. =/
EDIT: Mines are awesome cause they give super increase in turtles.

Yesterday, I've discovered that having lots of launchers, saws, turrets, sentinels and proxy mines can make a really good combo. Also, proxy mines can be used as many times as desired, not a one-time use. It can start a really good combo if you know where to place em.
