some things you WILL like about Reach:

<pre order only> A KICKASS Model of the Main squad.
<pre order only> Special elite armor.
Driving forklifts.  
Forge world.
New weapons  
New vehicles.  
Brought back vehicles <rocket launcher warthog may seem new but it IS in fact brought back.>
Armor effects get there own area on the armory.
Forge 2.0 MAN!  

Things you may NOT like about Reach:
Scorpion 1 hit kills ANYTHING.  
Scorpion has less armor then a warthog.  
Elites have higher shields then a spartan.
Warthog machine gun turret now OVERHEATS.

Things you WONT like about Reach:
Legendary Pre-order costs over 140 dollars.
