I'm at 83x respect in Saints Row (and I've only done 4 missions, :D) and I heard something unlocks at 75x respect. What was it? I got nothing at 75x respect. It was unlimited sprint or something.

Also, does unlimited respect unlock at 99x?

Unlimited sprint is for one of insurance fraud activities, which is very fun to do.
But yes, you can have unlimited respect.
