I got a new router and that website http://portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/Steam_Server/Steam_Serverindex.htm doesn't have my router again i have a cisco linksys and i cannot find out what kind either. It says Linkysys and that is it other than cisco. I'll take some pictures of the front and back when my camera is charged a little.

what type of router is it?

Found it this one exactly that model number :D http://www.walmart.com/ip/Cisco-Linksys-Wireless-N-Route-w-Bonus-10-Gift-Card/14659940?sourceid=1500000000000003142050&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=14659940

works with every single other lynksis router, i believe. My model wasn't there, and I just followed it and it worked,

Which did you follow?

If I don't have a router can I just allow ports on my firewall? and are they tcp or udp.

Bump.

The ports are, as copied from the steam chat

LammyXD: According to my ports forwarded.
LammyXD: 4380 both TCP and UDP
LammyXD: and 27000-27050 both TCP and UDP

for all you guys that want it.

He told me that to but i don't know if it working....

Get a static IP, first.

To do that, goto control panel, Click Network and internet,View network status and tasks, Local area Connection, Properties, IPv4, and I forgot what to do from there, lemme check.
