The auto use looks like it'll work fine in the script, it's just the name is a little misleading - it's to do with when the pill potion is thrown away by someone else, it'll be automatically used when someone touches it and has less than full health for e.g. a fast paced deathmatch where you want to heal teammates or just always be picked up for something like a Left 4 Dead game where items are more limited and should be tactically used or swapped between teammates for carrying space.
