Here's the cycle.

1.  A respectable member of the community hosts a well-made server.
2.  Our player, in this case Rian, joins the server, and begins breaking rules, spamming, or simply being childish.
3.  The host bans the player for breaking rules.
4.  The child goes and whines to the forums on the Drama topic.
5.  The child proceeds to join another server.
6.  Repeat.
