You get chased by cops in Single Player. In Multi Player, you don't. You just get fined. :(

I have this on the 360.
My account got wiped, my brother decided to make a new game.
I had everything, and almost every one of the concept cars out there. :C
I also knew how to get onto the waterfall in the sekrit island. :3
Anywhere I can get a retail copy? Steam doesn't have it :C.

I'd say go for the boxed. I got the DD but I need to back it up on a DVD soon.

Yep. There will be a leveling system; a total of 60 levels. When you enter the game you first start at Ibiza, and when you reach level 10 you can go to the airport and fly back to a new and cleaned up O'ahu.

You will also be able to go to parties and such, you will be able to walk around a room or in a dealership instead of it just being a stupid menu. You can get in other people's cars too.
