I'm confused. Am I going at 3.5 mb/s or 6.3 mb/s?

It doesn't matter as long as you get fast download speeds.

3.5MB/S, the current rate usually glitches when you download 2 things

:C I'm in Canada.
It's a new thing and its mainly done in urban areas, because broadband in urban areas tends to suck. A lot.

If you're out in a rural or suburban area then its ideal to stick with plain broadband unless its not reliable (cough comcast).

I have fiber optics as well and it's nice and fast.

I usually get 2 MB/s :c

I normally get between 100 and 300 kb/s I'm pretty sure I can't get fios because I live in the Poconos. Not that my family has the money anyway.

i was dling DoD:S and i went from 1mb/s (pretty good for my network) down to 16 bytes / sec, paused download for a sec and restarted and it went back up to 1mb/s and then back down to 0bytes / sec. Repeat.

So annoying :<
