Worms: reloaded help

Hey, I bought Worms: reloaded yesterday, and since then I've fixed the sound and maybe the crash problem, but I am still having A TON of lag, I read this on how to fix it, but I don't understand it, could some one tell me?

If you are experience major in-game lag, force the game to use one core. Run the game, ALT-TAB to open your task manager, click on the processes tab, now right click on worms reloaded process. Click set affinity and select one processor.

Start Worms. Then go into task manager, go to the processes tab and go down to WormsReloaded or whatever.exe. Right click it, go to affinity, and select one processor. Now you're done!

This is the same help topic as mine. He doesn't have a multicore processor, he doesn't know his video card. number 2 isn't his problem.
