Not really. Most money from itunes sales and whatever go to the labels. The artists make most of their money from merchandise sales and concert tickets.

Yeah, how record companiones work can be pretty sad. In order to become known, bands have to get signed (even though that's changing with the Internet). Once they sign I'm sure all the rights of the music they record belong to the record company, and they get very little royalties from it.

to people who are like LOEL PROXY LOEL, no. they don't track you via IP. your ISP will catch on to the pirating, those are the people who sell you your internet. (internet service provider)

proxies do nothing against ACTA. use the tribomb to get this attention.
