Does anyone have a model for a Syringe gun?

At the time, the only downside to the Syringe Gun was 'no critical hits', and since the other guns didn't have crits either making both was useless. Now the HP  regeneration change is more useful in TF2, but in Blockland most people would only pick the 'battle medic' option anyway and the regeneration is unnoticable without a health bar.
Nobody would use the Syringe Gun unless you enforced some "you can only the Blutsauger unlock with N points/exp/whatever" in which case people who've been in the server longer would have a large advantage over everyone else.

What about having the Syringe gun cause the player to slowly generate health?
If combined with the existing TF2 Medic it would accelerate health generation...?
Or am I stupid yet again?

Yes, I know - that's what I already said.

This effect is pretty much unnoticable with the existing TF2 Medic player since there's no notification. Even if you added a health bar most people would pick the option that lets them go combat medic since it's more fun than trying to heal through a 500 ping lag delay and be unable to lock onto anyone.

What about a Syringe gun that had a prolonged 'bleed' or 'poison' effect on the enemy?
Sorry if this incessant barrage of my so called ideas is pissing you off.
Just trying to find out a way to implement this bullstuff.

Well, I'm kind of looking for the opinion of someone with a little more brains when it comes to gameplay mechanics.
No offense.

1 - no health kits (at least in default Blockland) make damage-over-time annoying for the recipient
2 - barraging people with picking every loadout option makes the gameplay more annoying. If the only significant choice is e.g. the Kritzkrieg or Medigun then just remove the others
3 - the Pyro is already losing out as it is to the bleeding effect melees, a rapidfire one with even larger range makes it worthless

Although this was useless, we DO need a soldier rocket launcher.
