Mine:
I was playing Star Wars: Republic Commando today, on the bridge part of Kashyyyk. You know, where you have to kill 2 SBD dispensers and a Spider Droid.
I had just finished killing the Spider Droid, I could see the explosion. Half way through the explosion it crashes.

I just reported him anyway. THough it seems strange that he would say Pirated, when there was no need to say it, I feel like he is trying to get banned.

I often crash near the end of the most difficult fights in games and it is quite frustrating.

i was fighting rokkaku in JSRF for a third or so time
when suddenly my xbox starts giving off smoke and smelling like burnt plastic
loving hate everything. microsoft fixed it, but my memory was wiped. i have yet to get the motivation to fully beat the game again.

though the challenges are kinda tough, especially to get a perfect jet on them all.

Built a Summoner in GMOD, then GMOD implodes and starts eating my computer alive. 100% CPU usage, computer locks up, then the graphics card drivers broke and puked up an error before the computer got the blue screen of death and restarted.
