Return of Subvein, now with GTA2 style vehicles :)

Hey everyone :)

It's been 8 long months but I just released a new version of Subvein and thought I'd come share! I didn't want to create a brand new thread but the original one was too old to modify. From the old thread, heaps of us had a great time and the game has only gotten better. So, on with the show!

ABOUT THE GAME
If you're reading this you probably read the original thread, so I'll keep it brief. Subvein is a top-down multiplayer shooting game. Think of Counter Strike merged with GTA2, and then add the strategic skills system of Diablo. As you kill enemies, you'll gain experience and level up. This gives you a new skill point which you can then invest to further define your character. So you have guns, skills, vehicles.. and you run around playing intense game modes like Deathmatch and CTF blowing eachother up. It's only about 20MB to download and 100% free.

VEHICLES
This new version of Subvein has vehicles. GTA2 is a big inspiration for me so the vehicle mechanics in Subvein handle very similarly. I've gone beyond what GTA2 offered though, by allowing multiple allies to ride in the same car and even shoot out the windows!

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this new version. There are countless improvements and the game is even more fun to play. For those who are used to the previous version: this new one has an account system, which means you can have permanent characters! No more starting all over from level 1 each round. The community is also larger than it was before, meaning you're more likely to find a nice full server to play in :)

BASIC CONTROLS
These controls will get you started if it's your first time:

Move with WASD. Shift to sprint, Space to jump and Ctrl to activate your barrier.
Buy weapons by pressing B in the buy zone. The Buy zone is indicated by a little $ sign up the top of the screen.
Buy vehicles by pressing V in the buy zone.
Unlock skills by pressing N, and use them by right clicking (or with the number keys).
Pickup weapons with E.
and most importantly.. you can chat to the server and ask questions with Y.

I'll be doing a bug/balance update later tonight. I'm trying to release lots of small incremental patches, once a week. So if anyone has any feedback or suggestions please let me know.
