No it won't be great, I do believe that a LARGE amount of people use Blockland Windowed, as it's default stance too. Alt+Tab won't hurt you.
If you want fullscreen, use steam.

Yes.
For Intance, If I minimized Blockland I cant restore it because it crashes, some drivers dont work all that well on some computers.
